The AQ Development Program spans 8 weeks, with sessions held 3 days a week. Each week focuses on different aspects of adversity quotient, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and practical application of resilience and adaptability skills.
The program includes ten modules: Introduction to AQ, Personal AQ Assessment, Cultivating a Resilient Mindset, Developing Perseverance, Understanding Stress Dynamics, Developing Coping Mechanisms, Navigating Setbacks, Problem-Solving, Embracing Change, and Applying AQ Skills in Real Life. Each module builds on the previous one.
Each session lasts 2 hours, totaling 6 hours per week. Over the 8 weeks, participants will engage in 48 hours of instruction, practical exercises, assessments, and individual coaching, ensuring thorough development of resilience and adaptability skills.
