Programe Structure

The EQ Development Program spans 8 weeks, totaling 32 days. Each week includes targeted sessions designed to progressively build emotional intelligence, covering various aspects from self-awareness to relationship management and decision-making.

The program comprises ten modules: Introduction to Emotional Intelligence, Personal EQ Assessment, Building Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation Strategies, Cultivating Empathy, Social Awareness, Building Relationships, Active Listening, Decision-Making, and Applying EQ in Real Life. Each module includes practical activities and assessments.

The program is structured around weekly sessions, each lasting approximately 1-2 hours. This accumulates to around 40-50 hours over the 8 weeks, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all emotional intelligence aspects and practical application opportunities.
